Has it already been a year? or should I say "What a year this has been"!!! Marriage is definitely an adventure, with its ups and downs, joys and frustrations, good days and bad days. I am so thankful that God is directing our relationship and marriage - TRULY, how do people who do not trust in the Lord do this? I am so glad that the Lord brought Doug and I together 2 years ago and that Doug asked me to marry him - it is hard to believe that we have been married for a year! I still feel like a newlywed, which I am sure is annoying to those around me who have been married for awhile! My heart jumps when he walks in the door after being gone for a few days . . . I enjoy his company and anything becomes fun when he's around! Our main anniversary present to each other is a trip to Disneyworld the first week of August and I can't wait!
